Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the Zuora platform in a production environment.
- Work extensively with the Zuora Data Model and Zuora Workflows.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL/PLSQL queries.
- Support billing, invoicing, and end-to-end subscription lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, system stability, and operational efficiency.
- Provide troubleshooting support and performance optimization.
