Practitioner level skills pertaining to Technology / Specialization. Certification in at least one Functional / Technical area of relevance from software OEM provider (example : SAP, SFDC, Hybris, Windchill).

• Adheres to standards, guidelines and processes.
• Certified in related processes (example: Scaled Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, Lean, Daily Management) from an industry recognized organization (not internal certifications).
• Establishes relationships with key stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality output.
• Should have experience in at least 2 similar Projects.
• 3 - 5 yrs of relevant work experience
