Zuken Admin

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for Zuken E3 and DSE3 software.
• Install, configure, and maintain the Zuken E3 and related tools environment.
• Provide helpdesk and technical support to end users for E3 and DSE3 tools.
• Develop, maintain, and document technical processes, best practices, and user guidelines for tool usage.
• Collaborate with Zuken and third-party vendors to troubleshoot bugs, apply fixes, and prioritize enhancement requests.
• Ensure optimal tool performance, version control, and license compliance.
• Support engineering teams with tool customization, configuration, and integration as required.
• Work in coordination with IT and design teams to ensure seamless tool operation across departments.
• Must be willing to work in the second shift.

Candidate Profile / Required Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Zuken E3 and DSE3 software administration.
• Hands-on experience in tool installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience providing user support and managing tool environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and external vendors.
• Willingness to work in the second shift.
