Zonal Service Manager
Job Description
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor service operations across the zone to ensure optimal instrument uptime, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Field Service Engineers, conducting performance reviews and supporting technical and soft skill development.
• Act as the escalation point for critical service issues and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders, biomedical engineers, and procurement heads.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, medical regulations, and internal policies while maintaining accurate documentation of service activities, equipment history, and warranty claims.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams, supporting product demonstrations, installations, and technical presentations.
• Monitor and analyze service KPIs, including Mean Time to Fix (MTTF), First Time Fix Rate (FTFR), and Net Promoter Score (NPS), to drive continuous improvement.
