Team Leadership & Coaching:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Expert Sales Executives (ESEs).
Build high energy and motivation levels, ensuring low attrition and high engagement.
Foster in-clinic effectiveness through superior HCP engagement.
Strategy Execution:
Execute organizational sales strategies to achieve business outcomes in the zone.
Roll out key marketing campaigns in coordination with the Regional Expert Sales Manager.
Segmentation & Targeting:
Implement effective HCP segmentation and targeting to engage the most relevant experts for GSK/Haleon products.
Performance Analysis & Planning:
Analyze area performance using data sources like IQVIA to derive actionable insights.
Develop and drive implementation of quarterly/annual expert activation plans and budgets.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), especially senior HCPs at national/state level.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance regional market penetration.
Compliance & Ethics:
Ensure adherence to Haleon's Values, Ethics, and Compliance standards.
Distribution Management:
Establish and maintain an efficient distribution structure in the assigned geography.

Education:
Full-time MBA, M.Pharm, or M.Sc from a recognized institute.
Experience:
2–5 years of people management experience.
Industry experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, FMCG, FMCH, or FMCD is preferred.
