Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic responses.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve business targets.
- Set performance goals and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance sales capabilities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Strengthen channel partnerships and corporate relationships to drive business growth.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations to support business expansion.
- Drive channel sales and corporate sales initiatives within the region.
