Job Description

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic responses.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Set performance goals and monitor individual and team performance.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance sales capabilities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Strengthen channel partnerships and corporate relationships to drive business growth.

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations to support business expansion.
  • Drive channel sales and corporate sales initiatives within the region.

Performance Monitoring & Profitability

  • Track sales performance against targets and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure operations remain within budget to maintain profitability.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
