Zonal Recruitment Lead

Key Deliverables:

• Plan and execute direct manpower hiring aligned with monthly and rolling targets
• Manage and monitor sourcing channels to optimize cost, quality, and timelines
• Track candidate conversion to training centers and ensure compliance with documentation
• Prepare and report hiring MIS for internal stakeholders and course-correct plans

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct walk-ins, drives, and local sourcing events to meet hiring demand
• Coordinate with internal teams and local authorities to ensure smooth recruitment
• Ensure LOI issuance, document collection, and candidate onboarding
• Track post-hiring outcomes to evaluate recruitment quality and retention
