- Client management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify their needs, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs), conduct performance reviews, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Portfolio and risk management: Ensure the quality of the loan portfolio, monitor for potential losses, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Product and sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for both fund-based and non-fund-based products, such as loans, trade finance, and cash management.
- Performance monitoring: Track team and regional performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue targets and client acquisition.
