Job Description
- A Zonal Sales Manager for tractor finance, managing both new and used tractors, is responsible for driving sales and achieving targets within a specific geographical area.
- role involves leading and motivating a sales team, developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with dealers, customers, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets for both new and used tractor finance within the assigned zone.
Team Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and coach a sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
Dealer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing support and resources to enhance their ability to sell tractor financing.
Market Development/Market share: Identify and develop new market segments and customer channels within the assigned
zone.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to tractor finance.
Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports to management.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned zone.
Collections: Responsible for driving collection performance within their assigned zone, while adhering to all relevant regulations and policies.
