About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Zendesk Developer with 3–6 years of experience to support the implementation, configuration, and development of Zendesk CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience customizing Zendesk, building apps, and integrating APIs to enhance customer support workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure Zendesk CRM as per client requirements.
- Develop and customize Zendesk apps using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Handle Zendesk administration, including agent/user creation, group setup, and organization management.
- Implement and manage Zendesk features such as triggers, automations, ticket routing, and SLAs.
- Build custom workflows, processes, and configurations for different business needs.
- Develop and integrate Zendesk APIs and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) where required.
- Ensure proper documentation of designs, configurations, and transitions from development to production.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and optimization of the Zendesk platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer support, IT, and product management.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Zendesk implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend development.
- Experience in Zendesk app development and API integration.
- Good understanding of support processes and workflows.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile development processes.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other CRMs or platforms like ServiceNow, SugarCRM, Freshdesk, Zoho, Kustomer, Creatio, CRMNEXT, Pega, Oracle, SAP.
- Development experience in PHP or .NET technologies.
