Job Description

  • Provide L2 support for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, security, and connectivity issues related to Zscaler solutions
  • Monitor system performance and respond to alerts and escalations
  • Work closely with L1 support and escalate issues to L3 or vendor support as needed
  • Handle service requests and incidents via ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
  • Analyze logs and traffic flow using Zscaler Admin Portal and related tools
  • Assist in implementing configuration changes, policy updates, and certificate management
