Job Description
- Provide L2 support for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, security, and connectivity issues related to Zscaler solutions
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts and escalations
- Work closely with L1 support and escalate issues to L3 or vendor support as needed
- Handle service requests and incidents via ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
- Analyze logs and traffic flow using Zscaler Admin Portal and related tools
- Assist in implementing configuration changes, policy updates, and certificate management
