Youtube Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize YouTube channels, including video content, tags, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase subscribers, views, and revenue.
• Set up and manage YouTube ad campaigns across various formats (e.g., Skippable in-stream, Bumper ads, Masthead ads).
• Track and analyze channel performance using analytics tools.
• Work with content creators to develop engaging video content.
• Provide regular updates and growth strategies to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing YouTube channels.
• Strong understanding of YouTube platform, ads, and analytics.
• Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools (Facebook/Instagram marketing is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to track and manage data, with expertise in Excel and reporting tools.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
