Job Description
Customer & Service Management
Handle key and regular customer interactions, including visits and follow-ups.
Resolve product concerns and ensure timely communication with customers.
Monitor AMC, Extended Warranty (EW), and RECON sales performance.
Financial & Business Operations
Manage debtors and ensure timely collection.
Oversee PSF (Parts, Service, Fuel) management and business turnover.
Ensure SDD (Service Delivery Discipline) and SM (Service Metrics) compliance.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Conduct morning meetings to review performance, plan activities, and build team cohesion.
Coordinate with Sales, DICV, and Field Service Managers (FSM) for operational alignment.
Provide guidance and mentorship to staff to enhance productivity and service quality.
