Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overall 5+ years of relevant experience in Workday Integration – Technical
• Infosys is seeking a Technology Lead with Workday Techno-Functional experience
• Responsible for developing integrations and leading the track end-to-end
• Interface with client business teams and IT teams to drive integration requirements, design, build, and testing
• Take ownership of the integration track, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Strictly follow project timelines and deliverables
• Apply deep Workday HCM domain knowledge and technical proficiency across the project lifecycle:
• Requirements elicitation
• Solution design
• Build and deployment of Workday integrations
• Lead discussions with stakeholders and guide development teams

Mandatory Skills:

• Workday Techno-Functional expertise
• Strong experience in Workday HCM integrations

Desired / Secondary Skills:

• Experience in developing integrations and leading projects end-to-end
