Integration

Lead Workday Integrations configuration, day to day operations and deliver projects by leveraging strong project management skills, creativity of an architect, and process orientation of a functional expert. Provide subject matter expertise on Workday Integrations best practices, Partner with Functional Stakeholders, Solutions Architects and Subject Matter Experts to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiencies. Architect Workday Integrations solutions to ensure all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated. Coordinate priorities and programs with HCM, Security, Reporting and Data Leads, manage a team and mentor junior members of the team. The Integrations Principal plays a key role in overall Workday Integrations architecture and maintenance and possesses a deep understanding of the Workday Integration structures and their components along with their implications on the broader enterprise technology landscape Work closely with cross functional / business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps and risks, suggest alternatives, and advise on best practices Collaborate with both technology and business teams to identify, develop, implement, and maintain Workday Integrations Architect Workday Integration solutions that ensure all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated Configure, maintain, and manage development of simple to complex Studio integrations  Support BIRT report development needs across all Workday functional areas. Conduct Integration reviews and audits to ensure compliance Serve as subject matter expert and assist peer teams in mitigating risks and providing best practices Review and manage various integration enhancements and change requests Create, document, and maintain proper internal controls Promote continuous improvement of Workday Integration landscape and provide reports to identify improvement opportunities
