Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using Workday Recruiting.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and
- develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines
- via Workday.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the
- recruitment lifecycle.
- Customize and optimize Workday dashboards, reports, and workflows to
- improve recruiting efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and metrics.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams for Workday enhancements and issue
- resolution.
- Support employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
- Train and support other recruiters or hiring managers in using Workday Recruiting
- effectively.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, including sourcing, interviewing,
- and offer management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Workday Recruiting module.
- Strong understanding of ATS workflows, candidate lifecycle management, and
- talent acquisition metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
