Workday QA Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Workday QA Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Workday testing, particularly in functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of Workday implementations by supporting UAT efforts and collaborating closely with functional teams and stakeholders. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional testing of Workday modules, ensuring configurations align with business requirements.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including coordination with business stakeholders, test execution, and defect resolution.
• Create and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data aligned with project needs.
• Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution using standard QA tools.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Workday Consultants, HRIS teams, and business users.
• Ensure all testing deliverables meet defined quality standards and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in Workday testing, with a strong understanding of functional testing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proven ability to confidently drive UAT efforts independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with both business and technical teams.
