Job Description

Teamware Solutions is seeking a specialized Workday Onboarding Consultant to optimize and implement our human capital management processes within the Workday platform. You'll be instrumental in configuring, testing, and deploying Workday's Onboarding module, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new hires and streamlining HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement the Workday Onboarding module, including business processes, security, notifications, and custom dashboards.
  • Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing onboarding processes, and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
  • Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), for Workday Onboarding functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user training materials.
  • Provide support for data conversion activities related to onboarding.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Onboarding, ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
  • Assist in post-implementation support, enhancements, and Workday update releases relevant to onboarding.
  • Facilitate training sessions for HR teams and end-users on new Workday Onboarding functionalities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Workday Consultant with a strong focus on Workday Onboarding.

Skills Required:

  • Deep functional and configuration expertise in Workday Onboarding.
  • Solid understanding of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) suite and its integration points.
  • Experience with Workday business process configuration, security, and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze HR business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the new hire lifecycle and associated HR processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in supporting Workday tenant configurations and updates.

Preferred Skills:

  • Workday HCM or Onboarding certification.
  • Experience with other Workday modules like Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, or Talent.
  • Knowledge of Workday integrations (e.g., EIBs, Core Connectors).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, particularly Agile.
