Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, etc.
- Develop calculated fields, business processes, and security configurations.
- Design and build Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
- Work with Workday Prism Analytics for data modeling and reporting.
- Develop and manage integrations using EIB, Workday Integration Cloud, and Cloud Connect.
- Perform data conversion tasks: extraction, mapping, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Prepare and load data using Workday Data Conversion Templates and EIB.
- Conduct mock conversion cycles, data validation, and reconciliation before go-live.
- Support Workday implementation, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions and ongoing support.
