Workday HCM Technical

Must Have:

• Design, development, and optimization of the Workday platform accross modules Workday Intregation, Workday HCM Architect , Workday Implementation, Workday HCM etc. 
• Develop, implement and review solutions in Workday on project scope, business requirements and its related integrations and REST API's
• Maintain and enhance existing solutions in Workday Platform including integration with other systems.
• Demo and prototype leading solutions to stakeholders including new customers.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and existing engagements.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the effective integration and utilization of Workday modules.
• Leverage business and technical acumen in combination with a deep understanding of processes to execute a broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and drive strategies to align processes, people, technology and underlying governance.
• •Execute convergence of initiatives towards long term strategic objectives by partnering with business and technical teams to deliver solutions for the defined business architecture'
• Strong working knowledge of Workday Studio, XSLT transformations, Document Transformations, Workday custom reports, and Workday Payroll Connectors
• 'Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday Finance, Workday HCM, Workday Integration, Workday reporting or Workday Adaptive
• You will use your consulting skills, business knowledge, and Technical expertise to effectively integrate Workday to the clients' business environment to achieve client expected business result'
• Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday for multiple clients across geographies.
• Experience in managing End to End Workday Implementation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities
