Role : Workday HCM Functional

Exp : 5+

Location : Pan India

Role & responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Configure Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Talent.
• Configure and maintain Business Process Framework (BPF) and security roles.
• Support testing (UAT), data migration, and system enhancements.
• Provide production support and analyze Workday bi-annual releases.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in Workday Core HCM configuration
• Knowledge of Business Process Framework (BPF)
• Experience with Workday Security and Reporting
• Understanding of EIB and data loading
• Experience in Workday implementation or support.
