Workday HCM Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements; convert them into detailed functional specifications.
• Configure and support HCM solutions (Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, SAP, ServiceNow, or other cloud platforms) for implementation and enhancement projects.
• Provide domain expertise across HCM modules such as:
• Recruiting
• Onboarding (preferred)
• Core HR
• Performance & Talent
• Benefits
• Payroll
• Time & Absence
• Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.
• Support business users during system testing (SIT/UAT) and ensure successful deployment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Work within Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Engage with global stakeholders across Engineering, Development, Security, and Operations teams.
• Manage ambiguity and deliver in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
• Use data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Flexibility to work across European and US time zones.
