Workday HCM

• 4+ years of Workday HCM experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, Security, Reporting (Advanced & Calculated Fields)
• Experience working in on-premise or hybrid environments
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 

Good-to-Have

• Lead and support Workday HCM implementations and enhancements
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM configurations
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support core HCM operations, data integrity, and reporting
• Manage change requests, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations with third-party systems
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and security standards
• Conduct testing, training, and documentation as needed
