  Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for Workday HCM applications Identify document and track defects through resolution Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand system requirements Perform regression testing after system updates or new feature implementations Conduct User Acceptance Testing UAT with endusers and stakeholders Provide training and support on testing processes and documentation standards Ensure that testing aligns with system performance standards and business requirements
