Workday Functional Integration & Testing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for Workday HCM applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution using defect tracking tools.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand system requirements.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users and stakeholders.
• Provide training and support on testing processes, tools, and documentation standards.
• Ensure all testing aligns with business requirements and system performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SIT, Regression, and UAT phases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.
