Workday Data Conversion Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Workday Data Conversion Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules and a strong understanding of data conversion, validation, and reporting processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data during Workday implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute data conversion activities across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, and Absence Management modules.
• Utilize EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Workday Worksheets to perform data import/export tasks.
• Conduct thorough data validation, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and consistent data migration.
• Work with Workday organizational structures, including supervisory orgs and organizational charts.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality conversion results.
• Develop or support Workday custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts as needed.
• Provide hands-on support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and cutover phases to resolve data conversion-related issues.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, and Absence Management modules.
• Strong proficiency with EIBs, Workday Worksheets, and understanding of Org Chart structures.
• Demonstrated skills in data validation, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with Workday data models, Report Writer, and Calculated Fields.
• Experience with SQL and/or Python is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
