Workday consultant

Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring Workday solutions, with a focus on optimizing HR processes for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Workday modules based on client requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency using Workday.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday applications.
• Facilitate user training sessions and create user documentation.
• Conduct system testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Stay updated with Workday releases and enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-15 years of experience in Workday HCM or related modules.
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture and data model.
• Proficient in Workday reporting and analytics.
• Experience in configuring Workday integrations and security.
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
