Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Business Analyst (HRIS Analyst) with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Workday implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in key Workday modules, a strong understanding of HR business processes, and the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end Workday implementations, including requirements gathering, process design, testing, deployment, and user training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document HR business processes and system requirements across multiple Workday modules.
  • Configure and maintain Workday functionalities such as HCM, Core Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and Reporting.
  • Analyze and optimize HRIS processes to improve system efficiency, maintain data integrity, and align with business objectives.
  • Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide post-implementation support, manage change requests, and drive ongoing system enhancements and continuous improvement.
  • Support security configuration, user access management, and ensure compliance with organizational data and privacy policies.
