• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients, providing excellent service and resolving queries efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English to support customers from global markets.
• Follow call scripts and standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality service.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when required.
• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Adhere to company policies, schedules, and quality standards in a remote working environment.
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements:

• Must have a personal laptop/desktop with stable internet connectivity.
• Quiet and professional work environment for night shift operations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Prior BPO or customer service experience preferred.
