We are seeking a skilled Work Force Management - Real Time Analyst (RTA) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing real-time performance metrics to ensure optimal staffing levels and service quality within our contact center operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time metrics and provide immediate feedback to the operational teams to ensure service levels are met.
  • Analyze call volume patterns and make data-driven decisions to optimize workforce allocation.
  • Generate and distribute real-time performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with team leads and management to address staffing needs and maintain service quality.
  • Identify trends and recommend strategies for improving operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-8 years of experience in workforce management or real-time analysis within a contact center environment.
  • Proficient in workforce management tools and software (e.g., Aspect, NICE, Verint).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with various teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
