  • Experience with workforce management software and forecasting methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of service level agreements and performance metrics.
