We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management - Planning and Forecasting professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing workforce needs and developing accurate forecasts to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and forecast workforce requirements based on business needs and historical data.
• Develop and maintain capacity plans to optimize resources and meet service level agreements.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather relevant data for accurate forecasting.
• Monitor and report on workforce performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct regular reviews and adjustments to forecasts and staffing plans based on changing business dynamics.
• Utilize advanced forecasting tools and methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports on workforce trends and forecasts to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in workforce management, planning, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with workforce management software and forecasting methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of service level agreements and performance metrics.
