WordPress Developer

• Develop & maintain websites using WordPress CMS with experience in between 5 8 years.
• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins (as when required).
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are mobile-friendly.
• Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experience.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve any front-end issues.
• Lead architectural discussions and provide guidance on best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve development efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Work closely with designers to translate designs into functional WordPress websites.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to implement and optimize SEO strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
• Perform regular updates and maintenance to ensure website security and functionality.
• Monitor website performance and implement improvements as necessary.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with WordPress multisite network setup and management.
• Experience with RTL website development & setup.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer/Architect or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
