Wiring Harness Professional

Responsibilities:

Design & Development

• Design and develop Wiring Harness systems for passenger cars in compliance with engineering and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain vehicle schematics while ensuring alignment with the overall electrical architecture.
• Define connectors, support electrification requirements, and ensure DMU integration and packaging feasibility.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to meet project milestones and timelines.
• Participate in technical decision-making and ensure compliance with MB norms, standards, and processes.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze and resolve field issues using structured problem-solving and idea generation techniques.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with future advancements such as High Voltage and Battery systems.

Technical Expertise & Tools

• Utilize CAD tools such as Unigraphics NX, Ldorado, E3-Cable, and PREEVision for design tasks.
• Awareness and basic experience with PLM systems for design documentation and lifecycle management.
