Roles & Responsibilities

• Independently handle wireless network operations and act as an SME when required
• Provide technical support for wireless communication systems and network-related issues
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system and application-level network problems
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents impacting wireless network performance
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless network operations
• Monitor network performance using diagnostic and monitoring tools
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance network efficiency and reliability
• Stay updated with emerging wireless technologies, protocols, and industry trends
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for network operations and support processes
• Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and operational procedures
