Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers
- Resolve queries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to quality standards during interactions
- Accurately document customer details and interaction summaries
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure issue resolution
Candidate Profile:
- Graduates or undergraduates with 0 to 4 years of experience in a voice process
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Open to rotational shifts including night shifts
- Must be willing to work from office
