Design, develop, and customize Windchill PLM solutions using Core Java, JSP, and Windchill APIs (Info*Engine, JCA, DataUtility, DataFormProcessor, etc.).
Develop extensions and integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES) via EIS connectors, web services, or middleware tools.
Work on Windchill customization, including object model extensions, workflows, lifecycle templates, access control rules, and UI enhancements.
Perform code migrations, upgrades, and Windchill deployments across environments (DEV, TEST, PROD).
Analyze and resolve technical issues related to system performance, data integrity, or PLM workflows.
Collaborate with functional analysts and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Write and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, test plans, and deployment guides.
Support Windchill patching, backup, and recovery activities in coordination with system administrators.

Essential:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience as a Windchill Developer.
Strong programming skills in Core Java, JSP/Servlets, and XML.
In-depth knowledge of Windchill architecture, data model, and customization framework.
Experience with Windchill Business Rules, Workflows, and Lifecycle Management.
Familiarity with Windchill Info*Engine, Task Delegators, and SOA/Web Services.

Desirable:

Experience with Windchill RV&S, ThingWorx, or PTC Navigate.
Exposure to Oracle or SQL Server databases.
Familiarity with tools like Eclipse, Ant, Maven, PTC Windchill APIs, and Shell scripting.
Understanding of PLM-ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Experience in Windchill Upgrades (e.g., 11.x to 12.x).
