WFM MIS/ RTA

Key Responsibilities:

• Workforce Management Reporting: Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to staffing, attendance, and productivity.
• Real-Time Adherence (RTA): Monitor real-time adherence and provide insights to operations for corrective actions.
• Data Analysis: Analyze trends in workforce metrics to support process improvement and decision-making.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with operations and team leads to ensure accurate staffing and scheduling.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps and assist in automating reporting processes.

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts with offs.
• 5 Days working schedule.
• Both-side cab facility provided.
