Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately into computer systems or databases.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.
- Organize and manage files and documents as per company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members remotely to meet daily/weekly targets.
- Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere to deadlines and maintain productivity in a remote work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in data entry or related administrative work.
- Familiarity with data management software or CRM tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
