Welding Consumables sales person

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Welding Consumables Salesperson to manage sales and technical support in the Pune region. This role requires extensive travel and close coordination with clients and the Pune office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow the existing client base in the assigned region.
• Conduct retail and technical sales of welding consumables such as MIG, TIG, Flux Cored Wire, CO2 Wire, welding spares, etc.
• Negotiate prices, prepare offers, and provide product demonstrations or trials.
• Participate in welding shows, create post-show leads funnel, and follow up with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Collaborate with the office team for offsite client support and coordination.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong knowledge of welding consumables, including MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and CO2 wires.
• Experience in retail and technical sales, including client trials and demonstrations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Ability to create sales reports and maintain accurate records.
