Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs and present ideas, concepts, and solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Event Planning: Prepare element lists and detailed plans based on the specific requirements of each event.
  • Vendor Management: Connect and coordinate with vendors, fabricators, printers, and other partners involved in the event.
  • Event Execution: Ensure events are executed according to timelines and plans set by the Production Manager.
  • Presentations: Prepare PowerPoint presentations to communicate event concepts and plans to clients.
  • Resource Sourcing: Source locations, catering, entertainment, volunteers, freelancers, and designers based on event requirements.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely execution of all event components.
