Job Description
- Meet with engaged couples to understand their vision and expectations for the wedding.
- Discuss and plan the full scope of the event, including timeline, venue, theme, and overall budget.
- Source venues and vendors such as invitation designers, DJs, bands, photographers, and caterers; obtain bids for required services.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of the couple.
- Inspect event venues to ensure they align with the couple's requirements.
- Resolve any issues that arise before, during, or after the wedding to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate additional services such as accommodation, transportation, and catering for the couple and guests.
- Monitor wedding-day operations to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth flow of events.
- Review event invoices and approve vendor payments.
