Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their wedding vision, budget, and specific requirements. Discuss preferences for venues, themes, decor, catering, entertainment, and other services.
  • Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive wedding plans, including timelines, budgets, vendor selection, and coordination of all event aspects.
  • Labour Management: Supervise and coordinate teams such as floral designers and decoration teams to ensure work aligns with the agreed design.
  • Vendor Management: Research, select, and manage vendors including LED lights, generators, and other service providers. Ensure vendors understand client expectations and deliver high-quality services.
  • Budget Management: Create and maintain budgets for each wedding project. Track expenses, review invoices, and negotiate pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions while meeting client expectations.
