Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management & Operations: Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Webex collaboration platform (including Meetings, Messaging, Calling, and Devices) to ensure smooth operations and optimal user experience.
  • Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Conduct detailed analysis of business communication and collaboration needs, translating them into technical requirements and optimal Webex configurations.
  • Implementation & Deployment: Lead the implementation and deployment of new Webex features, updates, and integrations, ensuring seamless rollout and minimal disruption to users.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex Webex-related issues, including audio/video problems, connectivity, account management, and feature functionality.
  • User Adoption & Training: Develop and deliver training programs and materials to maximize user adoption of Webex features and best practices across the organization.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor Webex platform performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize service quality and efficiency.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure that Webex usage adheres to internal security policies and external compliance regulations, managing access controls and data retention settings.
  • Integration Management: Work with other IT teams to integrate Webex with existing enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM systems) to create a unified communication ecosystem.
  • Contribution to Business Objectives: Actively contribute to business objectives by leveraging Webex capabilities to enhance communication, productivity, and remote/hybrid work effectiveness.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Webex platform administration and management.
  • Ability to perform analysis, development (configuration/scripting for automation), implementation, and troubleshooting within the Webex domain.
  • Strong understanding of video conferencing, unified communications, and collaboration technologies.
  • Familiarity with Webex Control Hub for administration and analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills for technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for user support, training, and stakeholder collaboration.
