Role-Web Security Administrator

Required Technical Skill Set-Leve 3 troubleshooting knowledge of Bluecoat Symantec Proxy, Cloud, & Zscaler Proxy , Zscaler Remote access VPN ( Private Access ) 

• Knowledge of Cisco Open DNS.

Desired Experience Range- 3 to 8

Location of Requirement -Mumbai

Must-Have

Should have in depth knowledge of Proxy Infrastructure & Network Infrastructure.

• knowledge of Bluecoat Symantec Proxy, Cloud, & Zscaler. 

• Should work in Roatational shift including night shift.

• Excellent communication skill

Good-to-Have CCNA, Zscaler certification OR any network security certification

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 

1 Managing L3 level troubleshooting on Zscaler, Bluecoat Symantec Proxy across globe

2 Technical support to VIP, VP user regards to Zscaler/bluecoat agent

3 Managing security compliance and escalation calls

4 Analytical ability of Identify Problems based on Alert Monitoring & drive them until closure

5 Testing, validation and deployment of New security products.
