Technical Skills Required:

Web technologies:
Proficient in developing web applications using ASP.MVC and ASP.NET Core, with a deep understanding of multithreading intricacies.
Clear understanding of Web API development nitty-gritties, and security best practices.
Strong grasp of OOP principles, n-Tier and MVC architecture, and design patterns.
Strong knowledge of jQuery is must. Knowledge of ReactJS will be an added advantage
Skilled in using SSRS to develop complex reports for web application delivery and email distribution.
Excellent understanding of database concepts with the ability to write optimized SQL statements using SQL Server.
AI & Intelligent Application Development
Strong conceptual understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, with the ability to identify where AI can add real business value.
Clear understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), embedding, tokens, prompt engineering, and inference workflows.
Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications
Understanding of semantic search and RAG architectures.
Awareness or hands-on exposure to Agentic AI concepts
Working knowledge of Python for AI/ML experimentation, model interaction, or data preprocessing

· Role:

Develop and build applications for internal and external clients in a fast-paced, object-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
Work closely with TL/PM and QA teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Mentor junior team members by solving their problems, conducting code reviews, and demonstrating best practices through your own code.

· Problem Solving:

Handle complex functional and technical discussions, explain root causes, identify alternatives, discuss pros and cons, and formulate technical solution.
