Job Description

We're looking for a Web Analytics Implementation Developer who can bring precision and scalability to our digital data collection efforts. You'll play a key role in deploying and maintaining robust tagging solutions using Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring every data point tells a clear and accurate story.

In this role, you'll drive impact by:

  • Building scalable analytics implementations using Adobe Launch, ensuring every key digital interaction is measured accurately and efficiently.
  • Empowering marketers and analysts with clean, actionable data by deploying and managing third-party pixels and scripts via Adobe Launch and GTM.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving data gaps with tools like Chrome DevTools, Charles Proxy, Omnibug and Adobe Debugger — ensuring insights aren't lost due to broken tags or misfires.
  • Support the Digital Implementation Manager with optimizing site performance and tag execution to support fast-loading, privacy-compliant digital experiences.
  • Staying ahead of industry shifts in tag management, browser behavior, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) — and applying them to keep our data strategy future-proof.
  • (Optional) Providing support with configuring Adobe Target for A/B testing and personalization scenarios, as and when required.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing and maintaining web analytics using Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics.
  • Proficiency with GTM and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong JavaScript skills, with working knowledge of jQuery, HTML, and CSS for tag execution and debugging.
  • Experience building and managing data layers and working with JSON structures.
  • Confidence in using debugging tools like Charles Proxy, Chrome DevTools, Omnibug, Adobe Debugger, etc.
  • A problem-solver mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and optimize implementations.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with Adobe Target for running A/B tests or setting up personalized experiences.
  • (Preferred) Awareness of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA, and how they influence tagging strategies.
