WCDMA Testing Professional

•Lead testing activities as a Principal/Technical Lead for WCDMA projects

•Interact with customers on technical matters related to testing and project delivery

•Develop test plans, test strategies, and oversee complete test execution

•Manage large-scale testing projects including release/build management and defect management

•Ensure configuration control and adherence to QA life cycle processes

•Hands-on execution with signal generators, analyzers, and test scripts

•Develop and maintain automated scripts using Perl or Python

•Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the testing team

•Validate UE RRC and RLC/MAC procedures including HARQ, Power Control, and Scheduling

•Monitor and report on testing progress, risks, and issues
