Warranty Claims Management

• Review and decide on warranty claims for product defects reported to the workshop.
• Document complaints, investigations, and rectifications for vehicles under warranty.
• Follow up with DICV for claim approval, settlement, and reimbursement.

Parts Handling & Disposal

• Tag and store failed parts in the workshop.
• Dispatch failed parts to DICV as requested and ensure proper scrapping in the presence of DICV representatives.
• Ensure proper disposal of scrapped parts.

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with proprietary parts dealers and service centers for their warranty claims.
• Keep workshop personnel informed on the latest warranty policies and procedures.
• Maintain warranty claim documents for regular dealer audits.
