Warranty Claims Management
Review and make decisions on warranty claims for reported product defects.
Document complaints, investigations, and rectifications for warranty-covered vehicles.
Follow up with DICV for claim approval, settlement, and reimbursement.
Parts Handling & Coordination
Tag, store, and dispatch failed parts to DICV upon request.
Ensure scrapping of failed parts in the presence of DICV representatives and proper disposal of scrap.
Coordinate with proprietary parts dealers and service centers regarding warranty claims.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate warranty claim records for dealer audits.
Update workshop personnel on changes to warranty policies and procedures.
Ensure all warranty processes comply with company and DICV standards.
