warehouse/dispatch executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of goods.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to prevent stockouts and avoid excess inventory.
• Supervise, train, and guide warehouse staff in safety protocols and equipment handling.
• Conduct regular warehouse audits to identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
• Develop and execute strategies aimed at reducing operational costs and increasing overall productivity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse/Dispatch Executive in the textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
